SR / Sales Manager Sr./ Business Development Manager Job

Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Generating sales, sell and negotiate prices and close deals. 2. Maintain and follow up on current clients. 3. Identify, meet and conclude new business deals. 4. Develop a client database with up-to-date information on market trends and competitors. 5. Develop and nurture relationships with all potential Consultants, Customers and agencies. 6. Ensure that release orders are communicated as scheduled to coordinators and accounting department. 7. Help the accounting department to follow up on payments due to the company. 8. Submit daily and weekly reports including but not limited to progress reports on calls, proposals and visits carried out. Minimum Requirements: 1. Min. 7-10 years experience as Sales Director/BDM/Sr. Sales Manager in an interior fit out contracting company. 2. Previous experience in projects related to Commercial Offices, Retail Shops, Food and Beverages (F and B) such as Restaurants and Caf an advantage. 3. Educational Background: Pref. a degree holder in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or Architecture but not required 4. Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office 5. Valid UAE Drivers License a must 6. Nationality: Any Benefits: 1. Salary: AED 18-25,000 2. Bonus and commissions 3. Company provided car, maintenance, petrol and salik 4.
