The Role The Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager is responsible for monitoring the implementation of the Company’s Management System in compliance with the company corporate policies, International Standards and Client’s requirements. Implementation of the QS may require development or modification of Corporate procedures. As per project needs the development of a project-specific Quality Plan, as a road map of the Project Quality Requirements, is recommended even not required by the contract. The Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager monitors the establishment by the construction contractors of quality-assurance (QA) programs sufficient for the Project. Plans direct and performs QA/QC audits, reviews, surveillance and follow-ups of individual projects. Identifies and reports to the Senior Resident Engineer and as-per-needs to Construction Director and the Area Quality Manager on quality issues or trends based on data from a variety of sources. Supports implementation of appropriate corrective action to quality issues. Provides input to management on projects performance metrics, and process or procedural system improvements. Assumes additional responsibilities as directed by the SRE. Requirements Degree in Engineering with fifteen (15) years of related work experience in the field of quality assurance and quality control, including ten (10) years experience in quality management of construction projects. Lead Auditor ISO9001:2015 certificate. Requires extensive knowledge of quality assurance/quality control management practices, processes and current technology. The Role Reporting to the Wind JV platform CEO and matrixed to the Country Manager & HSE Head of MESCAT region, the post holder is responsible for leading project controls on all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment during the construction, commissioning and O&M period of the project, ensuring that the EPCC delivers the project and the O&M Contractor operates the wind farm in compliance with the defined Health, Safety and Environmental management systems. FUELS SUPPLY ASSOCIATE KBO Description This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company POSITION SUMMARY Execute all assigned daily duties activities of operating and maintaining the fuel dispensing systems trucks and equipment used to support bulk fixed and mobile fuel retail operations in support of the KBOSSS Contract MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES Please list by order of priority and if possible provide the percentage of time spent on the activity all should equal 1 Assist FN personnel counterparts in the operation of fuel systems and equipment as well as the receipt storage issue quality control and accounting of all petroleum products in the assigned area of operations inventory 2 May be asked to provide input on short and longterm mission requirements in terms of the operational readiness of all bulk fuel transporters Bulk Storage and fixes retail equipment 3 Assists in assuring all facility and equipment are fully mission capable reports all none mission capable if necessary affected customer base of any deficiencies that could prevent the accomplishment of the assigned daytoday or contingency mission 4 Executes Planned scheduled deliveries of Class III fuel products to ensure normal and contingency levels are maintained 5 Reviews and verifies receiving documents on all incoming shipments of fuel from OCO DLA or AIK depots 6 Reviews and evaluates statistical operational data for favorable or unfavorable trends in the logistical management of fuels 7 He she reviews incoming correspondence which is a directive in nature determines required response and or complies 8 Ensure implementation of policies or standards which comes down from the Chain of Supervision 9 Assist the supervisor in the development and implement internal work instructions policies fuel support plans and procedures not covered by ATP 4 or governmental fuel regulations Assists in enforcement of the Fuel Quality surveillance program for each product to ensure the quality operational effectiveness Assist the supervisor in providing adequate operating stocks and war reserve materiel Assist the Supervisor with the control and supervision of Fuel Distribution System Operators and Drivers Exercises continuing responsibility for safety and environmental conditions procedures and work practices employed within the assigned area of responsibility Shall instruct subordinates in safety matters ensures that safe work practices are followed and regular inspections are performed Takes decisive action to eliminate unsafe conditions Performs other duties as assigned MATERIAL and EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED Government Furnished Equipment M 2 Gallon Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck HEMTT Anton Paar Digital Density Meter Gammon API and Millipore Sampling and Gauging Kit GPM Centrifugal Fuel Transfer pump and various fuel dispensing equipment Commercial Fuel tankers ranging in capacity from 4 to 9 gallons manufactured by MAN IVECO Mercedes and Volvo Multiple Computers WORKING ENVIRONMENT 1 Must be able to work outside in extreme environmental conditions with ambient temperatures of degrees high winds and sandstorms Must be able to work in cold and wet conditions as well 2 The Fuels Sections areas have potential for exposure to Environmental Snakes Scorpions and Chemical Hazards 3 Other exposures are transporting fuel over the Kuwait Highways and inside congested or confined areas at the work locations 4 Employees are required to use Personal Protective Equipment PPE which includes but is not limited to head foot hand torso respiratory vision and hearing protective devices 5 Must be able to work overtime evenings or adjusted shifts to complete mission requirements 6 May be required to work an irregular schedule including nights weekends and holidays 7 Must comply with all Military OSHA EPA Fire Regulations and published company Policies and Standards PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES 1 Physical requirements include lifting pulling extended sitting or standing for extended periods of time also involves climbing ladders and working from heights 2 Must be able to lift lbs continuously lbs intermittently 3 Other Physical Requirements include repetitive motions of entering and exiting of fuel tankers 4 Must possess normal color vision and depth perception and normal hearing ranges 5 Demonstrated ability to communicate in oral and written English with a basic level of skill is required Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education Certifications Oneyear related experience may be substituted for one year of education if the degree is required High school diploma or equivalent is required A valid drivers license and the ability to obtain a US Government Motor Vehicle Operator s License Experience Three years experience working in Military Petroleum Operations required Skills Versatile in data management compilation and conversion using application software such as MS Office and data based software Leadership and

The Hardware Engineering Mission Area Lead for the Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance Systems (ISRS) Mission Area is responsible for the full life cycle development of hardware products across multiple product lines with a total sales of over $1.2B and growth projected in 2019. This position will report directly to the Center Director for the Hardware Engineering Center (HWEC), and will have direct line responsibilities for the Department Managers, Senior Technical Staff including Engineering Fellows, and support staff. The total engineering staff allocation to the ISRS HWEC Directorate totals over 500 engineers divided amongst four Departments. A cornerstone of Raytheon's sensing domain expertise and innovation, ISRS designs, develops, produces and supports a vast array of electro-optical/infrared sensors, active electronically scanned array/scanning radars, and various integrated systems solutions to provide customers with actionable information for strike, persistent surveillance, and special mission applications. These best-in-class systems perform detection, identification, tracking, targeting, navigation, weather, and situational awareness tasks from a variety of airborne platforms including maritime, littoral and overland patrol aircraft, unmanned aerial systems, and other tactical, attack and transport rotary and fixed wing aircraft. ISRS products are deployed by every branch of the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, and several other government, commercial and international customers. The Hardware Engineering Mission Area Lead will provide oversight and guidance of HWEC activities in support of the ISRS Mission Area and will manage the day to day activities.
