Scope of Position The Marketing Communications Manager assist the Director of Marketing Communications to manage four separate area of marketing being: Branding – ensure all operational, marketing, promotional materials and assets are consistent and adheres to the brand guidelinesAdvertising – ensure the successful implementation and execution of advertising plansCreative Content Creation – produce visual content such as photography, videos, artwork to support marketing and promotional initiativesMarketing/Promotional Campaigns – manage campaigns by planning and liaising with all stakeholders to ensure successful implementationExperience Minimum 3 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel or luxury retail environment in a key marketing positionPrevious work experience in the Middle East is an advantageHotel pre-opening experience is beneficial Education & Certificates Degree or Higher National Diploma equivalent in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management is mandatory Personality Positive and enthusiasticConfident and persistentAttention to details and strives for perfectionAppreciation for qualityMature and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skillsProblem solving attitudeKeen interest in the consumer, travel and luxury market Skills Ability to plan, prioritize and organize tasksAbility to develop plan, liaise and communicate effectively with different stakeholdersHave business skills to manage agencies and third party vendors or suppliersAbility to assert requirements and attain the desired resultAbility to lead and manage junior colleague Advertised: 01 Aug 2018 Arabian Standard TimeApplications close
