The Role Dubai Properties, the Master Development arm of Dubai Properties Group is looking for Executive - Sales Operations to prepare and supervise contracts and ensure timely execution of the same in accordance with the policies & processes & meet the objectives and goals of the department. Manager Land Lease

The Role Work closely with the head of department to efficiently manage all matters related to operations of land lease, commercial leasing and property management. The role also includes monitoring compliance of transactions and ensures that support infrastructure is in place to facilitate the closing of deals. Application Analyst

The Role • Provide Technical support & Problem Resolution (on phone, email, remotely and in-person) for IT related incidents. • Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for software problems. • Provide technical support for the time & attendance system • Provide technical support for the business Applications and portals • Roll out and support Maximo Tablets • Contribute in the design and the development of the B to C mobile applications • Liaise with Etisalat and DU for requesting/deactivating communication services • Design and develop new and modified features of software application • Create web services called from external applications to integrate with software application • follow best development practices and software development life cycle methodologies throughout product development • Design and build product deliverables according to specifications • Deliver across the entire app life cycle –concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support • Participate in projects and provide assistance to Supervisor as and when needed. • Resolve IT tickets within the agreed SLA timelines and update the service Management system for tracking, analyzing and reporting functions. • Document the resolution of all reported incidents/ problems. • Perform unit and system level testing on applications. • Conduct technical support in line with documented company policies and procedures. • Implement duties in line with the quality standards, security and health & safety requirements. • Assist in preparing in-house IT training schedule for functional departments in order to educate on IT policies and procedures, benefits of proper usage and know - how of tools used. Manager Development

The Role Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels including liaison with stakeholder partners and key business affiliates. Provide support in defining strategy for delivery of the development pipeline. Ensure all technical procedures adapted meet with approved corporate operational objectives by leading all aspects of the development process including feasibility, master planning, design, procurement, consultant / contractor appointment and project execution. Oversee and review preparation of project specific development and design briefs to reflect project intent and objectives. Develop and actively lead the risk mitigation measures to ensure that the business cases are secured to meet the profit and turnover targets. Manage internal and external teams to ensure that feasibility, program, design, technical, quality and leasing specifications of projects are achieved through out completion and handover. Provide regular feedback with regard to business plans, project status, risks and approved feasibility hurdle rates to relevant executives. Requirements Persons Specification: Local market experience would be an absolute must, so is relevant experience in developments across the full development life cycle. A demonstrable track record of working across the full project life cycle in the built environment, with strong experience in executing contracts on residential /hospitality property development projects; A strong personality that is capable of instructing and leading a team of external consultants, but also excels at encouraging and engaging in constructive two-way communication; Strong vision, attention to detail, creativity and innovation with a great attitude to work cohesively with your peer group and subordinates across all business divisions. Should be proficient in technical competence in all property development disciplines, Development Management, Design Management, Project Management, Financial analysis, Industry knowledge and Economics knowledge. Detail oriented and able to work under pressure for long working hours. Candidates with no prior experience as a Development Manager handling a full project life cycle will not be entertained for this opportunity. Experience and Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Engineering/Real estate development Masters/MBA would be an advantage Minimum 6-8 years of experience in real estate/ development management/ design / project management, of which at least 5 at senior capacity.
