Job Description: BASIC FUNCTION Provides HSE advisory and coordinating role for safety activities of the Safety & Security Department at Company across Company Infrastructures Assets, Including the existing and (new) HQ and Helipad, the HQ Underground Car Park and District Cooling Plant, Nation Towers (rented floors), Khalidiya Housing Compound, (future) Khalidya Hospital, Medival Clinics and offices, Al Itihad School, Shaikh Khalifa Energy Complex (SKEC), Sas Al Nakheel, The petroleum Institute (PI), Glenelg Schools Sas Al Nakheel, Madinat Zayed, Esnaad RMS and other Company - owned facilities, including leased and rented flat & villas in Abu Dhabi and other region in the Emirate Of Abu Dhabi to ensure safety and security procedures are in place.Prepares proposals related to policies and procedures concerning safety matters and provides advice to Manager, Safety & Security Dept. to implement the same.Reviews Company’s health & safety regulations and other HSE-related Matters providing international best practice models for the implementation and accountability of the HSEMS across Company Infrastructure assets. Key Job Responsibilities 1. Adopt Risk Management strategies to all security and safety related matters pertaining to events and circumstances surrounding ADNOC Infrastructure assets and mitigate those risks in line with Company policy via final `sign off`. 4. Undertakes an Audit function within the General Services Division relative to safety and security policy related matters and reports against audit findings. 5. Prepares `Special` Operating Procedures relative to the protection and protocols relative to the safe and secure handling of VVIP`s. 6. High-level daily interpretations of incidents reported to the various Control Rooms from all sites and evaluation if further investigations are warranted and follow-up with staff regarding any of the incidents. 7. Assess Manpower Agreements and ensures adequate maintenance and response to current Security Contracts. 8. As a team member, monitoring of Security provider contract tenders, including scope of works, BOQ`s and ensures the integrity of tender process. 9. Carries out other similar or related duties as assigned by the Manager, Safety & Security Department.
