In addition, you will have 10 or more years’ experience of which at least 5 years of Finance experience will be in planning and analysis and 5 years in an airline management position with the following job specific skills: * Strong analytical skills with the ability to review variances, understand business cycle and their impact on the profit and loss account. * Excellent communication & presentation skills are a must, as is the ability to work effectively across the organization. * Knowledge of cost centre accounting, preparing budgets and forecasts. * Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. The Role Recruitment Delivery Manager - Qatar Airways - Doha In the role of Recruitment Delivery Manager, you will be aligned to a specific business area within Qatar Airways Group with ultimate accountability for ensuring that they have the right people, in the right place, at the right time to execute their business plans. The role will provide expert recruitment advice, workforce planning, decision making support, market intelligence and insight. You must have the initiative to solve recruitment problems constantly interacting with internal stakeholders. You will have strong mentoring and coaching skills and the ability to train and develop others. You will also have the ability to support project management within a multicultural environment.
